Greeley Estates - Go west young man, let the evil go east



Vi piace l'emo? Vi piace l'hardcore? Vi piacciono le incursioni di doppia cassa ogni 3x2? Allora vi piaceranno sicuramente i Greeley Estates, ennesima band americana dedita a questo sound patinato e tanto in voga ultimamente. Ok, la produzione del lavoro è ottima, le canzoni saranno anche ben arrangiate, ma cosa c'è di interessante in un disco dove un pazzo forsenanto lancia gridolini al limite del fastidioso su una base vagamente pesante? Ve lo dico io: nulla!

La solita solfa lanciata qualche anno fa dai Funeral for a Friend e compagni di ciuffo vari, quindi se vi sentite parte di questo movimento troverete di certo piacevole oltre ogni modo "Go west young man, let the evil go east", ma se fate parte di quella lunga schiera di ascoltatori sani che non amano l'emo e i suoi derivati, fate pure finta di non aver mai letto questa recensione, non credo possiate trovate motivo di interesse nella solita band clone dei cloni.
